How can I ensure email notifications contain ALL changes?
I have a workflow set up to trigger when a particular column is edited. Problem is that the email alert only shows the first 20 items. How can I change this limitation or build a workaround to show all changes to the stakeholders.
I can't use 'time of day' trigger because I need the column change to be part of the trigger.

@Meg Y Your reply led me to trying the opposite approach - use columns instead of the email body and that gets me 100 Rows. Much better! Thanks!!

@Ami Veltrie you can include the column that triggers in the notification in the email body using {{column name}}.
What I normally do is include the key columns in the body of the email. It draws attention those items and the others can be included.

@Meg Y Hello Meg. Yes, I've included that column but the email only displays 20 rows, and omits the rest.

@Ami Veltrie if I understood correctly you want to send your users more than 20 columns? It sounds a lot, is this the request of the team? Just in general we always recommend keeping the information amount low and also on a low frequently vase for example not on a daily basis instead of when triggered. Maybe there is another way to explore? In general, you can select the field that will be shown, did you try this function?
If my comment helps you, I appreciate a 💡

@NicoLHC Hello. No, not 20 columns. Alerts have more than 20 Rows, but Smartsheet cuts them off at 20 Rows.

@Meg Y Hello Meg. Yes, that is how I have it set up. The email body contains the column data. Smartsheet limit's it to 20 Rows.
