Is Checkbox Sorting Possible?

I have a form that automatically puts the responses on a sheet. The form has checkbox selections for dates. When the information is submitted and added to the sheet, the dates are initially in order. However, after visiting the page a second time, it is now in what appears to be a random order. The sheet is re-used weekly for the same form and has breaks indicating the week number. Is there a way to sort the checkbox values? Or does it not recognize the value of the checkbox? If it does not recognize the values, is there a way to put the values (dates) on the form so that it is sortable?

@AMoreno it's a pleasure to see you working with sheets and forms, did you consider using the auto-numbering system of smartsheet so you could sort these numbers? In case I need clarification on the problem please give some more details.
