Countifs is not connecting to reference cell

In the above formula, the "Z Number@row" reference is not linking to the cell in the "Z Number" column. I have used this formula many times (in the same grid) for other data, but this one originally shows Linked (Blue underline) when I write the formula (linked), but then shows an "Unaparseable" error. When I open it, the blue underline (Link) is no longer showing and it just looks like regular text. Any ideas?

I figured it out. Smartsheet did not like the "%" sign and I only needed to have the number in there for it to work.

I'm glad to see you figured it out!

One thing to keep in mind with percents is that in formulas they're written as decimals. So if you're looking for "less than 2%" this would be < 0.2
