Hello everyone I was thinking that it would be nice to be able to name the files we offload with dynamic information like today's date or a cell value. This would allow for nice automated reporting of information when combined with the on schedule triggers.

Hello, our company needs the same ability. We need to run a daily Offload workflow and want to have the file saved daily, so we need a way to add today's date so the daily file is not overwritten. Otherwise, we need to do a manual process to save the file daily in an 'Archived' folder by adding today's date to the file name. We would prefer not to have to do this manually.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization.
