It's very easy to insert photo into sheet cell.
You can also easily copy and paste photos to cells from the clipboard.
However it does not work in reports - the only thing that can be done is copying and pasting the photos from the same report.

I have a report that I would like our subcontractors to upload photos into. It has gotten a little burdensome to figure out which rows have the information we need with all of the attachments per row, and we thought it would be a good idea to put a single photo into a cell instead of an attachment; however, the report won't allow inserting an image into a report. It would be beneficial to also be able to insert an image from a report.
