How much does Data Shuttle cost?

We're evaluating Smartsheet initially to create a simple CRM but it looks like there could be many other use cases for us. But all would involve data that is generated/updated by other systems - integration via CSV files is fine. So we would need Data Shuttle.I am finding it impossible to get price information for this and that is a) preventing us from proceeding with our evaluation and b) making me question if Smartsheet is the right choice. I appreciate we are a fairly small company but the guy who was emailing me about the trial hasn't answered the question, chatbot doesn't know the answer, a contact form with the question has been ignored, and search yields nothing.

It's funny how quickly we have become accustomed to the new generation of (often AI related) software apps with transparent pricing always in the top menu and self-service plan management. And to start with Smartsheet looked like that, but once you get past the basic user subscription it looks quite different.

Can any users answer the question? Or staff drop me an email with it?

Thanks for your kind offer but it feels like it shouldn't fall to someone trying to run their own business to help me get pricing details :)
I assumed someone would just know what the price is - or at least whatever metric it is calculated on.

Hi @StewRat , Pricing depends on a couple of things such as how many workflows you want to run and how much data will be processed. I work with a global Platinum level reselling Smartsheet partner who can organise some pricing options for you. It's OK for us to spend time with you doing that because if you decide to buy the subscription, Smartsheet share some of the fee with us as a partner.
