Is there a way to change Timeline View background color or text overflow?

I want to display a Timeline View for multiple projects spanning 8 quarters (so far), but the text overflow is really a mess, even when I try each of the text overflow options. I'm getting task bars that have a small portion of the text in white over the bar but the overflow is also in white, on a white background.

Can the background color be changed? Or is there any way to force the text to remain black and the label to shift off of the project's task bar?

So far the only option I'm seeing is to change the task bar conditional formatting to a pastel color, but the team is wanting bold colors.

Unfortunately it's not possible to choose the label's text color, SmartSheet automatically detects the label's color by checking the contrast of the background color.

I recommend creating a New Idea so that other people can up vote this. This seems like a great idea and something that shouldn't be too hard for SmartSheet to add.
