Security of info exchange with external collaborators via form
Hi Community,
We have been using SmartSheet so far always internally.
Currently we would like to use Smart Sheet for collecting data and documents from our suppliers (external collaborators) e.g. IS0 90001 certificate, company name, company bank information, insurance information.
Our IT has following questions, it would be great if someone can give me a quick response:
1. How does SmartSheet ensure data integrity without requiring our suppliers to register for a SmartSheet account?
2. What measures does SmartSheet take to prevent the misuse of forms? (Theoretically supplier can reuse the form link multiple times and we would get data entry which are duplicate.
3. How does SmartSheet protect uploaded files from malware?

The most up-to-date information about Smartsheet’s security practices can be found in the Smartsheet Trust Center and the Smartsheet User Agreement.
For further information about security and privacy policies, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager if you’re on an Enterprise Account, or your Account Executive if you're not on an Enterprise Account.
