how to keep historical sheets from triggering the formulas

Hi,

We have some Smartsheet that we need to keep for historical reasons. And we backed up the sheets. How can we prevent the formulas from triggering to avoid recalculations in the historical archived Smartsheet's?

Hi,

If they are Formula Columns, convert to cell. Then Copy the cells and paste as values. This hardcodes your data so you don't lose it while eliminating the formula.

Thank you, it will work for small sheets, but we have huge amounts of data and formulas on some. Was hoping there was functionality with the row lock feature.

Yeah, sorry. Locking a row doesn't eliminate the formula from working.
