Automation Successful but some actions not completed

Hello!

I'm trying to help a coworker who used the Individual Work Hub template. The automated workflow for "completed" tasks returns this error:

None of the rows marked "Completed" moved.

Then I tried to manually move a completed row to the completed sheet and I got this error:

But I was able to manually move a different row in the sheet.

Any ideas what might be causing these errors? I've checked many things already but I must just be missing something! TIA

Hi @jprovateare ,

I happened upon this same issue the first time I tried to 'Move' to another sheet. It's not an instantaneous move, but nowhere does it tell you that.

I ended up moving them all manually as I thought it hadn't worked, which of course caused issues and had to restore from a snapshot. Created another one this morning and just left it alone for a while after triggering the cause. Everything worked fine this time.
