I have tried to downgrade and/or cancel my account. I've been contacting customer service for months now. The instructions they give me are pathetic, there is not an account icon on the bottom left. Smartsheet continues to close my cases without solving this issue. Perhaps someone who does not work for Smartsheet can help? Customer service is not helpful.

The account icon in the bottom left corner is the one that looks like a person (head and shoulders).

I do not what to cancel my account, but also do not need to have a pro account. There is not an option to downgrade. I do not create sheets, just need to be able to respond to sheets and not make changes.
