How to record automatically closed hour
Dear all, I would like to record the exact hour when a ticket is closed. is there a way to do that? thank you in advance for your support

Here is a method I developed to capture the date/time stamp of a specific action. The only thing to add to this method would be an INDEX/MATCH to bring the static date/time stamp from the second sheet back to the first based on a unique identifier on every row.
