Tracking ad hoc email requests from outlook

Hi all,

I'm attached to a few email aliases in outlook and would like to track the amount of times I've responded to ad hoc requests. The goal is to track the requests and have them displayed on my Productivity Dashboard in Smartsheet. Ideally (without being too familiar with email/outlook capabilities), I'm hoping that I can leverage the SS plug-in in Outlook to send the email to an existing tracker sheet, which will then produce a record of my responses on my dashboard. Is there anyone who can assist and point me in the right of how to start/integrate this process? Open to ideas and suggestions!

What's exactly the problem? Have you already installed the Smartsheet Plugin on your Outlook?

The functionality of this plugin is pretty straight forward so you have issues to setup the sheet to track the emails?
