WorkApp Comment: No Red dots showing for new added comments
We built a Workapp portal for our clients with edit access on the reports only (no sheet level access was given to any of our clients for security purposes).
Now, I'd like to know why there's no red dots showing for new added comments when they're working at a report level housed inside the WorkApp.
It's not helping our clients to identify which rows has new comments or updates and they need to go over row to find where the new comment was added.
Appreciate all the responses.

Have you thought about using the Last Comment column? With an automation that records a date anytime the cell changes in the Last Comment column?

No we haven't and thanks for sharing that option. Well aside from that, is there any other workaround?

I am not sure if there is another work around. You could also set conditional formatting that if the Last Comment Date was in the last 7 days, then the Last Comment Column turns yellow for that row for further help.
