Register Marks turning into Black Diamond with Question ? mark

Have been living with the below "Black Diamond" issue for years hoping a fix would be implemented but alas…here I am reaching out the community hoping someone has a fix in their back pocket. The content being brought in by Data Shuttle is "Arial", same as SS font so I don't this that's the cause - Anyone have any insight on how to remedy this frustrating issue?

Have you looked at your source sheet to see what the black diamond is replacing? Is it always the same character, letter, number?

Yes…I should have mentioned in intial post that its the ® mark that it does not recognize. My Excel file is being saved as a CSV, and then is imported twice daily using Data Shuttle. The font in both Excel and SS is "Arial" so I don't think it's a font issue. With all the Branded companies using Smartsheet, I'm suprised this issue has not surfaced sooner - this has been the case ever since we started using Smartsheet 6 years ago
