Workflow emails without attachment only show the subject line in a mobile/web environment

Sometime between 10/21/2024 at 2:27 pm and 10/22/2024 at 7:33 am my workflow emails stopped behaving predictively in a mobile environment.

I have an automated workflow that sends a summarization of information to field personal upon submission by a project manager. This info may or may not include attachments. These workflow emails come through correctly in Outlook 2016 on my desktop, but have started coming through with only a subject line (no body content) in a mobile environment or outlook for the web unless they have an attachment included.

I am not aware of any policy changes that have been put in place, or any that would even cause this. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
