Forms in Forms
I have a Smartsheet form made for people to fill out when they are requesting a training from my team. On that form, I am wanting to add in a document that they must fill out in order for me to get information from them such as First & Last Name, Employee ID, and other various employee information. With that being said, I would love to make that form in Smartsheet to keep things more organized. Is there a way for me to add in a Smartsheet form into a Smartsheet form. I hope this makes sense. Thank you.

Not sure if i understand this fully but if you are just looking for that Information couldn't you just add those Questions into your Form to have them Fill out and Make its a Req so they can't hit Summit without entering that?

Hi @Alex Klingbeil ! Thank you for responding. I was not sure if it would make sense without sharing the form itself. The questions are only required if it is someone's first time filling out the form. Kind of like they are a "New Employee".
It is only like that because, once someone fills out the form for the first time, they fill out an attachment, and then on the back end, we have someone create them a profile elsewhere. I am trying to figure out if it would be easier to imbed in another smartsheet form instead of attaching an excel file
