Control Center - Add Archiving Dates to Archive Reports

Need to add an archive date for all projects archived in Control Center.
There should be an archive date added to archive reports for all archived projects.

Since there is a 500K cell limit on sheets, this would provide a practical date that can be used to manage sheets by date ranges and keep archive sheets under the cell limit.
