Download Column Names & Column Types

We are making a master sheet to combine all of our 15 intake forms and sheets to help track metrics and more easily send intake rows/projects amongst teams once their portion of the project is complete and/or work on a project simultaneously.

Is there a way to only view the columns for each sheet and their column properties so that we can better align all the sheets? We have 12 columns that must match on every single sheet, and we want to make this change as systematic as possible.

OR is there a way to use a formula to pull this information into a sheet and can reference the changes that way?

Smartsheet doesn’t directly allow downloading column names and types, but you can save each sheet as a template or export them to Excel to view column headers. To align your 12 required columns systematically, consider creating a "Master Schema" sheet as a reference for updating other sheets. Let me know if you’d like help setting this up!
