Card view: can I make color changes persist?

Options

Is there a way I can make manual color changes persist?

I cannot find a conditional formatting rule that overrides manual color changes, so it's a mystery to me why my team's changes disappear.

Thanks for any advice or guidance!

    Hi @Adam M. Forrest,

If no conditional formatting rules are setting the task bar color, it’s likely that the task bar color has been set for either the workspace the sheet is located in, or for your account.Β

You can check the workspace color settings by right-clicking the name of the workspace and selecting Workspace Colors & Logo.

To check if color settings have been set for the account, please reach out to a System Admin. It might be that they have applied strict branding for the account which cannot be overwritten.Β

More information on setting colors for workspaces/accounts can be found here: Brand Smartsheet with your colors and logo.

    Hope that helps!
