Conditional formatting based in incoming and outgoing cell links

When linking activities/tasks across project sheets, they are identified with a little triangle that is very easy to miss. In our context, these are some of the most important tasks because they create cross project dependencies. I'd love to be able to apply conditional formatting based on incoming and outgoing cell links so they are highly visible.

I'd also like to be able to generate a report that shows just these linked activities across sheet.s
