Sharing Access - Continuous Notifications

Hi there,

I made the unfortunate mistake of not toggling off the notify button when granting access to my department. Everyone was alerted of that initial sharing. However, folks are not getting a second notification saying, "2nd Reminder: Kevin Harris invited you to view the Total Approved Booking Forms by Reviewer report". Will this be the last of it? How can I get it to stop? I did not know that second notification was a setting.

    The second notification you're experiencing is likely tied to Smartsheet’s automated reminders or the "notify users" setting when sharing. If the sharing settings and notifications are left untouched now, no further reminders should be sent unless manually triggered or through an automation. To prevent further notifications, check the sharing settings for the sheet or report to ensure no recurring alerts are active, and review any related workflows in the Automation menu to confirm that no notifications are linked to the sharing action.
