Restore previous version
Hi all - a poorly structured data shuttle update has deleted all my sheet data. I'm on hold to support but does anyone know how to restore a previous version of a sheet?

I suggest going to file > "view activity log" then find an event that happened prior to data shuttle deleting all your data. Open that event and "request a snapshot". An excel version of the sheet will be sent to the owner of the sheet. From there you can add the data back in.

Thanks. It's a pity there's no direct restore function. Reconnecting all the reports is time consuming.

Sometimes I just copy the entire excel spreadsheet and paste it back into the old sheet so I don't have to reconnect every report.
