Outside User is receiving error symbol when viewing a published dashboard
Hello,
I created a dashboard with a dynamic view that is shared to an outside source based on domain. I then published the dashboard and sent the link to the outside user.
The user shared that he is receiving an error symbol within the dynamic view and is unable to view any of the information.
Please let me know if you have any idea why he cannot view the information!

He would need to be shared to the Dynamic View.

I don't think you can put the dynamic view on a dashboard published so anyone can see it, because they have to login to use dynamic view. So your published dashboard has to be set to force them to login to Smartsheet. If they are external to your organization, I think then you would have to choose the link where they are shared to the item.

I shared his domain to the dynamic view. If that is what this error means though I can see which email his smartsheet account is under to make sure the domain is the same as what I entered in the Shared Settings.

Hello, yes I do have permissions set up in Dynamic View that it is shared with his domain and his account as well as selecting the published link for the dashboard that allows anyone to view, he is still unable to see it.

@AshleyDeichmueller the link cannot be set to "anyone can view" because you have to login to smartsheet to see the dynamic view. Publishing as "anyone can view" will prevent the dynamic view from showing. Best option would be to provide the link as a shortcut on the dashboard that takes them to a new window to see the dynamic view.
