Thanks, but Smartsheet doesn't know what they're doing. I've been using it for 20 years, and all I have is a forum. They're putting you to work so they don't need to provide support to pro users. No phone support—just a lame chatbot. You aren't being paid for answering my question, yet you're happy to do it for a multi-million dollar company? That's how they make their money: pushing it onto their customers to figure out. That doesn't cost them a dime, but it costs you $$.

Look, if I need help and have a client waiting, I can't wait for a forum answer. I need help quickly before the client gets upset, and I start sliding backward on a gig.

Now that Ford or other big companies use Smartsheet, they could care less about small users who brought them here and advocated for others to use it. Well, NO MORE. I will not be advising anyone to use Smartsheet for medium-sized businesses ever again. The support system is worthless.
