Copying rows to new sheets based on multiple selections in one column

Hello, new to Smartsheet so might not use the correct language, but hopefully someone understands what I need!

In my company we host CPD sessions where suppliers will come in for an hour over lunch and teach us something new. We need to keep a record of these sessions and who attended them. I have set up a sheet where I record all the key details about the session and have created a column to list who attended the session - I intend to add each of our employees to a dropdown list so that they are selected and there's no chance of misspelling names.

What I would then like to do it has a attendance record for each employee that automatically populates from this sheet. So we can monitor their attendance individually.

So, is there a way to copy the whole line to a new sheet for each individual? so this first line for example would be copied to 4 sheets - 1 for person A, person B, Person C, Person D and the second line would be copied to Person B, Person C and Person D only

Thank you in advance

You can setup a separate automate to copy the row to a new sheet based on criteria. So you could have a person A automation and a person B automation etc. They would each trigger separately if that person is found in that row. Keep in mind both copied rows will be identical. Unless you then go to the copied row and remove the names of the other persons they'd be the same.
