When attaching a file to a sheet it loads but no option to save and the upload looks incomplete.

I simply solved this issue with refreshing the smartsheet page once, but maybe you can try the app instead of browser option. I am not sure which one are You using.

In some cases it depends on the file type. Maybe transfer them all into pdf casue You wont be able to see them right if You attache them as excel or word.

I found one topic about it in case it gets constant which ended into calling support-Upload File not working

I have tried multiple types of files. The issue is when I refresh the Attachment disappears. After the file loads the save option is not available. I am using my laptop and the only on having this issue in my group.
