why am I not admin on my own sheets

I am the owner but when i add the sheet to my dashboard it says I have no permissions. please help

    Thank you for outlining your issue with sheet ownership and permissions.  Based on your description, this would be best discussed directly with the Smartsheet Support team where you can share more details in a private channel. Please create a support case from the Support Portal

    When creating your case, please include sheet URL, screen captures, error messages, etc.
