Survey having sub questions inter-linked with the main question.

Hello Smartsheet Community, New Year Greetings to all!

Can anybody help me with this? I have a survey question with sub-questions. Each sub-question has multiple choices. Please see the attached image below for reference.

Is there any way by which I can link the sub-questions with the main question?

I want a way wherein if the option "Not used any AI tool" is selected, then the option of "If you have used AI tool, please fill following details" gets automatically disabled.

Also, does smartsheet have the functionality to build a survey form having multiple choice as options to choose from?
