Template for Team Goals that roll up to Dashboard

My team doubled in size in 2024 and I am desperately looking for a tool to have my team enter their goals and have them roll up into a dashboard. I've looked at the OKR, the Individual Task mgmt, the project tracking and rollup and more, but can't seem to find the right fit. My team is not sales, so their goals are delivery of something at the end of the year. They are still SMART goals, but one goal would possibly be conduct and lead orientation. launch new audit program, etc. Does anyone have any thoughts? I found an article on Free Goal Setting and Tracking Templates, but they are not set up as a tool in Smartsheet, they are info type docs (word, pdf). Any help is truly appreciated.
