    I think the following would add a lot of value:

    Folder level Security.

    Random number function

    Update request formatting

    Looping in automation

    More Flexible charts widget.

    Auto-populate a drop down list from a selection

    Those are just a few off the top of my head.

  • I would like to be able to hide workspaces I'm not using. I have several workspaces shared with me or that I created that are now outdated but I don't want to delete them in case I need to go back but I would like to archive them or hide them in some way so it's not so confusing and messy.

    Happy New Year!

    Some features I would love to see that I can think of are: trendline options in the chart widget, a tool that allows for free text (like a notepad) available in workspaces, heatmap options in conditional formatting, the ability to minimize "workplace shared to" for all my small screen team members, and an automation that allows automatic subtasks to be created in sheets.

    Couple of things I would love to see.

    1. Folder level permissions.
    2. Fix dynamic view to include grouping from reports. This is a big pain for our vendors not being able to have tasks grouped. something that has not been addressed since grouping came out over 6 years ago.
    3. In calendar view being able to adjust dated with predecessor. Even if it ment you got a warning like when you do in grid view. We run a construction company and it is a pain to have to switch back from calendar view to grid view to adjust a date where the predecessor no longer is applicable.
    4. In calendar view to be able to see more than one column of data
    5. In dashboard to be able to view a calendar view of a report.
    6. In mobile view be able to view a dynamic view from on a dashboard. Most people in construction are using their phones not computers. (vendors, subs, ect)
    7. Have contact lists being about to seperate out in to group.. not assign to a group like currently but have them in a group so you don't have several hundred contact all mixed together.
    8. Have contact display names in the calander app instead of email address
    9. Being able to have drop down list populate from a single sheet the dropdown choices globally change. So if we are not using a vendor any more of if a employee is no longer with us that person is still a choice in the sheet. Currently have to use a third party to make this work.
    10. Being able to edit data from reports right from the dashboard instead of having to click into the report itself.
    11. Better mobile app option as well. Very clunky. Espically no ability to view a calandar view correctly.

    A way to group and collapse groups of workspaces would be helpful, along with alternative ways to sort them so we don't have to do the ridiculous ___**000 prefixing to order them how we wish. Maybe also consider the ability to pin them within the browse view. Anything that helps users with hundreds of workspaces navigate them more easily.
