SmartSheet - DocuSign Document Generation Tracking Column Status

I've been testing document generation within SmartSheet integrated with DocuSign. I've created a test template where it requires multiple recipients to sign the document before completion.

However, 3/5 recipients have signed the document and already on SmartSheet shows the Tracking status to be completed. Is there an explanation to why or how the tracking column works when integrated with DocuSign?

    Hi @Tummi,

    Is your DocuSign Tracking Status column set to be restricted to list values only? If so, this can cause problems with the column syncing with DocuSign - please ensure that you toggle off “Restrict to list values only” in the column properties, as seen in the example below:

    Was the document also attached to the row when the status changed to Completed? On reviewing the Activity Log for the sheet, does it show who or what made the change when the cell changed to Completed? 

    If the column is not restricted to list values only and you’re still seeing the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team, and providing the answers to the above questions along with the screenshot you’ve provided of your sheet, and, if possible, screenshots confirming how many users have signed the related document in DocuSign.
