error to changed myself to owner
Hello smartsheet community, I am facing a problem with my smartsheet account. I am initially the license owner for my company, where during purchasing of smartsheet license, the use my email as the license purchaser.
as attached on the picture above, the email is me, however when i want to change myself to owner, it popped up the error as shown. thus i cannot share the workspace to anyone. can someone help?

Hi @ammarsyazwan,
Ownership of items can only be transferred to licensed users - have you confirmed that you are a licensed user? You can do so by clicking your account profile icon > Plan Info. See Identify your Smartsheet plan and user type for more on this.

I noticed from your screenshot that there doesn’t appear to be a current owner of the workspace - perhaps the original owner is no longer licensed and the fact there’s no owner is causing the issue. If you’ve confirmed you’re a licensed user, I’d recommend reaching out to Support and providing the ID of the workspace so that they can investigate this issue with you.
