Reports unable to select Source

If I create a new Report which is supposed to open with selection of Source, it does not and it's grayed out. If I try to edit a report I am unable to select Source or add Columns. It seems this may be a bug? I created a new Project with a new Sheet so I am owner and still am unable to do so.

Additionally, if you're able to create a report before, you may want to seek Smartsheet Support for further investigation.
