Copy Rows Action Not Working - Due to Permissions?

I have a Mastersheet who’s automation sends the entered information into a separate automation sheet, based on what's added into 1 specific column. The Mastershee’s automation is not working any longer. Upon checking my permission in all associated sheets, I’m either Owner or Admin. Per website, I should have no problem correcting this; Smartsheet says otherwise.

Anybody know where the problem may lie?

Have you tried recreating the automation from scratch?

Recreating the automation from scratch doesn't resolve the issue. I'm waiting on Smartsheet Support to help me look into this. The person that originally created these forms is no longer with our team. I wonder if eliminating this person from the sheets caused the issue.
