Help with bar graph on Dashboard

Hey everyone,

Hoping for a simple solution here. I have created a bar graph for a Dashboard. I am hoping to either remove the vertical axis completely, or at least change the value to dollar values rather than how they are displaying now. Is either possible?

The data sheet and report that feeds this is in USD currency already.

You can remove the info from any axis by changing the font color to white. Pic below. To format the axis as currency would need for it to come from a sheet where the entire column is formatted as currency.

Thanks Michelle. I'll go with the formatting option. The column already is formatted to currency, which is why i'm so confused by this. But removing is preferred anything. Thanks :)
