We use SmartSheet Forms to collect survey responses from customers. Our customers have expressed concern that forms that have URLs that do not use our corporate domain name may be Phishing and are reluctant to submit the forms. We would like the ability for the form URL to be smartsheet.companydomain.com instead of app.smartsheet.com. Qualtrics offers a similar feature: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/sp-administration/brand-customization-services/vanity-urls/
Without this feature we're being driven away from using SmartSheets and towards other options.
My organization would also like this feature.
This should definitely be a feature; you want organizations to really build around your application.
Why don't you use http redirects from your own domain to the smartsheet form?

I give my factory printed documents and I want to include the link to our reporting form but app.smartsheet.com/b/form/8jhasdfe3a29283hdhdb2e9basjwi5a7xd4
is not friendly for someone to type in from a paper instruction.
If I could generate a short URL for smartsheet forms like smartsheet.io/X7yZ32
or better yet how about a first come first serve service with fully custom naming—scheme could have smartsheet.io/a/tommy
, and if /a/tommy
is already taken, give user /b/tommy
and so on a-z,1-9
, and if something runs out, start at /aa/tommy
or ...just mark it not available—use another name.
This would be a huge usability boost for me because I'd like to direct more user submission through forms, but again, junk URLs. URL shortening services are insecure and not permanent enough (Google shortened URLs are now discontinued, so I've learned from that mistake) so I'd rather not go down that route.
