Has anyone experienced that Smartsheet Account Reps are not responding? I have been waiting for an answer for weeks, despite multiple follow-ups. We wanted to purchase Smartsheet licenses for our team, but our Account Rep is not responding to my emails. I would think that Smartsheet would want to sell their licenses…
