Adding Contacts To Contact Columns

In an individual SmartSheet that I'm setting the "Column Type" as a "Contact List", is there a way to add all of my SmartSheet contracts to that drop-down list without individually select folks one at a time? Same goes for "sharing". I want to share sheets with my whole operation (75+ people), but having to individually select 75+ people is a hassle.

    One way is to copy and paste from excel (assuming you have the emails or can get the emails in excel). I copied the three cells in excel below and pasted them in ss.

    Ensure your column is set to "Allow multiple contacts per cell"
