Why does Smartsheet add empty rows to sheets? Can this be disabled?

If I delete empty rows on a sheet, after saving and reloading, Smartsheet will add 10 empty rows to the bottom of the sheet. Example: My 66 rows becomes 76 rows (10 empty). 50 rows becomes 60 rows (10 empty).
When I use a "Copy Row" automation, Smartsheet adds enough empty rows to ensure the destination sheet has at least 50 rows.
Is this something I can turn off?

nope that's by default smartsheet always add those extra 10 rows.
Someotimes it's annoying if you want to countif by blank cells but there is workaround for that.
