It depends. I use it in my own business to have Smartsheet create Workspaces and other things automatically when I get a new client.

In my client solutions, I've synced data between them for CRM, Construction workflows, and similar purposes.

@andree If you had a small sales team using Hubspot as a CRM and ticket solution for customer service, how would you integrate with Smartsheet? Can you give examples of what workflows you would set up in hubspot and smartsheet? Do you know how much the smartsheet integration costs? My sales team wants to integrate with Asana but I think Smartsheet is the better route to go.
