Help to set up metrics on Project Raid Logs

Hi, how do i set up a metrics sheet to gather all information from our project raid logs. We have around 70+ Project raid logs for individual projects. I would like to create one sheet to display metrics such as - How many are red, Yellow and Green, Also which dept they sit in etc.. Im not sure if reports does this but also with a metrics sheet id like to create charts.

    hi Karl,

    It shall be very simple.

    You shall use formula countif and reference another sheet as range.

    In the first column of your destination sheet you shall create Health Column with Data like Red, yellow, Green in the next column called e.g. amount you shall use the =countif({Another Sheet Health}, health@row) you can then drag and drop this formula…
