How to copy all data from outside Control Center to new sheets?

My original process has almost 200 sheets outside of Control Center. I've recently setup a Control Center workflow and generated the same sheets based on the same template I was using outside of Control Center. How can I automate copying the data from the old sheets into the new sheets? I have access to Data Mesh and Data Shuttle, if it helps.

@Topher Barnett you can create automation workflows to copy row, shuttle them one by one, mesh them one by one on copy add, copy paste them one by one, or you can write code to API them over.

I ended up using Data Shuttle. I exported a row report of all info from the old sheets, then created a Data Shuttle workflow to import them to the new sheets based on a filter for the project name. This has to be done per-project though, so it still took a long time, but while one Data Shuttle process was running, I could set up the next one and run it. I had up to 5 Data Shuttle processes running at the same time.
