Best Template for Digital Platform Maintenance Management
Curious if people can point me in the best direction here (skimmed through template library and couldn't quite find what I was looking for).
I manage an LMS which has a lot of on-going maintenance activities we need to complete on it to keep it up and running. These are tasks I want to be able to assign to people and have various repeat ability. I want to be able to automate notifications when they are coming due, attach how-to guides with various tasks, and then do a roll up dashboard to see overall progress for various workstreams of the platform management (i.e. content, user, communication, etc…).
Any templates come to mind which I should check-out? I did see the simple task list but it was a little too simple for me.

Although not LMS-specific, this template is one of the best Smartsheet templates available.
There is a built-in automation that sends periodic update requests based on status.
