- Sheet1 has Sheet Summary fields.
- Sheet1 can access it's own Sheet Summary fields.
- A Report can access the Sheet Summary fields from Sheet1 (or any other sheet).
- A Dashboard Metric Widget can access the Sheet Summary fields from Sheet1 (or any other sheet).

Another sheet, we'll call it Sheet2, cannot access the Sheet Summary fields from Sheet1.
- I would like to be able to use cell linking from one sheet to another sheet's Summary Fields.
- I would like to be able to setup a Reference from one sheet to another sheet's Summary Fields.
An example of a use case would be an Intake Log (sheet) being able to access Go-Live Dates stored in a Project Plan's Sheet Summary field. When the Project Manager changes the Sheet Summary Go-Live Date field, that update could flow back to the Intake Log.

Often times I find this limitation as a roadblock. If this capability existed, it would provide so much in terms of opportunities and efficiencies.
Seems to me like this had to have come up before. I couldn't find another Product Idea post and that was rather surprising. Maybe I'm missing something. It would be great to understand they "why" behind this missing functionality. Seems like there's got to be a reason to make the data available from some places but not others. Maybe there's something this would cause a problem for that I haven't thought of. It would be nice to understand that if so.
