Unshared User Has Access to Dashboard

Hi all,

I've encountered something strange and I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.

I recently used the Share > People with Access function to share a Dashboard to individual users. One person is not able to view the Dashboard via the email I shared to (his company email, same as the other users), but is able to view with an external account I did not share to. I've checked and that external account does not have access to any of our workspaces, so I'm concerned about security.

I've read through other posts and haven't found a solution. What am I missing?

Curious if he has his email accounts connected on his end…and the one he can view it from is the primary.
