Control Center Dynamic Reporting NOT ADDING newly created worksheet

I have a blueprint utilizing the Dynamic Report Scope.
The newly spun up 'Project Plan' IS NOT being added to the 2 reports I have selected.
Why isn't this working? How do I make it work?

The metadata worksheets are unchecked.

But the reports ('Construction Start' & 'Closeout End') do not include the metadata sheets. The reports are both based on the 'Project Plan' worksheet??? -
Update -
So the reports DID update (took quite a while) with the project plans that were spun up with control centre - so Dynamic Report Scope is working as it should.
There are 13 project plans that were NOT created through Control Centre. When I manually add those Project Plans to each of the reports when Control Centre spins up new ones the 'legacy' 13 are removed from the report.
Is there a way to keep them in the report?
