Remove User API enhancements now generally available!

SysAdmins using the Remove User API can now leverage enhanced API functionality to align with the updated Smartsheet governance framework. These updates ensure that removal of users adheres to plan-level security controls, reducing administrative complexity and improving compliance.
Removing users from the plan is now available via API call for both internal and external users, and user’s access is automatically revoked upon removal. Retaining user’s access levels or transferring ownership is no longer supported when removing the user from the plan. This update simplifies user management while maintaining enterprise security standards, ensuring SysAdmins have the right tools to manage access efficiently. Learn More.
