forms and empty sheet rows except for the ID (Locked primary column)

We have a form to support entry of data for requests. Occasionally I have found several empty rows except for the ID field in our sheet, and I would like to understand why that happens so I can educate my team.

Thanks for the assist, That is not specifically what is happening. No one should be directly doing anything to add a new item to the sheet. The form should drive it. But we appear to be having issues, almost like a blank form was submitted. then it enters rows for them- and because we have automation with ids it wastes the ID numbers.

In addition to what @MedaUser mentioned, itβs definitely worth checking theΒ Activity LogΒ for your sheet. The Activity Log lets you review the changes made, including when rows are added and by which source, this can help determine if the form is indeed submitting blank responses or if something else is triggering new rows.
