Copy horizontal cells and paste vertically

It would be helpful to be able to copy horizontal cells in a row and past them vertically in a column. Sometimes when we get a lot of information from a form submission we need to be able to reorganize the data that comes through, and being able to format some of the data vertically within a column would be helpful.

I occasionally find that I have to swap the axes of a data table to get it on a graph. Whenever I do it can be extremely time consuming to either paste in cells one at a time or paste them all in and shift them around. This would be a niche, but very welcome feature!
